The breakfast offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh pastries. my room, a quadruple room, was very spacious. it also had individual climate control that worked efficiently. the hotel provided clear directions to nearby attractions. access to public transportation was convenient.

i found the staff helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean with a modern design. i particularly appreciated the hotel's attention to detail from the breakfast quality to the cleanliness of all common areas.
the mini bar items seemed quite expensive, this was a very minor point however.

The location was super convenient. I found many restaurants nearby and all the main tourist spots were so close! some of the staff were attentive! i really liked ahmed. he and other staff members were very cute!
I found the rooms to be quite warm. it was hard to sleep with the traffic noise since i couldn't keep the window open! the bathroom was also a bit tight. There was only one hook. it was hard to dry towels when three of us needed it!

Ana and anel provided really good service, explaining various locations and transportation options. the hotel's location is convenient. I could easily walk to the city center in about five minutes. i particularly enjoyed the comprehensive on-site gym facilities, even if they were a bit aged, and i loved the rooftop bar.
i noticed some black dust on one of the plugs, which wasn't very appealing.

the hotel is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the old town. wenceslas square is about 10-15 minutes away by foot. the area near the hotel offers convenient access to main attractions.

the breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety with cereal, yogurts, sausages, and scrambled eggs. salads, breads, and cakes were also available. various fruits, juices, and hot coffee completed the experience.

the room was very clean. towels were small. silver fish were present between the bedroom and bathroom, though. the rooms are quite warm.

I liked the warm welcome at the reception, particularly from Tanya and Ahmad. The hotel offered a discount card for dining in the area, a welcome drink, and a complimentary bottle of wine as a keepsake. I appreciated the excellent attention to customer service .
The hotel's maze-like layout made it difficult to find my room, and I often got lost. It took about 25 minutes to locate my room after checking in, a significant inconvenience.
